As each product is individually designed and handcrafted, pre-booking is mandatory to allow sufficient time for consultation, design, production, and quality finishing. We encourage clients to place their orders well in advance to ensure timely completion and delivery. Every creation is customized to your preferred theme, colours, names, motifs, and personal requirements. Minor variations in colour, texture, or artistic detailing are a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship and contribute to the uniqueness of every piece. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional artistry, premium-quality materials, transparent communication, and a seamless customer experience from concept to completion.

As all orders are personalized and created exclusively for each client, production begins only after order confirmation and receipt of the advance payment. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before the design, and production process has commenced. Once artwork creation has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable due to the customized nature of the product.

We understand that event schedules may occasionally change. If your celebration is rescheduled, please notify us at the earliest opportunity. Subject to production schedules and availability, we will make every effort to accommodate your revised event date. Early communication helps us ensure the best possible service.
