LocalMart does not facilitate or process returns. All purchases, payments, and delivery arrangements are handled directly between the buyer and the seller.
How to Request a Return
If you wish to return or exchange a product or service, we encourage you to contact the seller directly through WhatsApp or other communication details provided on their store page.
Our Role
LocalMart is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or return of products and services listed on the platform. LocalMart support will help you connect with the seller, if you need it. If you find the quality of any particular product / service unsatisfactory, please write to us.
