Razorpay Gateway Optional
Available on both plans · requires a Razorpay subscription
Accepts UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets — all through one checkout
Payment is confirmed automatically — order status, seller notification, and tracking update without any manual step
Full order workflow automated: payment → confirmation → seller alert → order tracking
Razorpay deducts its fee (~2%) before paying you — no separate invoice or manual payment to them
Cost to you: ~2% per transaction, deducted by Razorpay before payout. Requires a Razorpay merchant account (subscription with Razorpay directly).

With UPI Direct, the buyer pays your UPI ID and money reaches you instantly with zero fees — but you need to manually check your UPI app and mark the order as paid. With Razorpay, the entire order workflow is automated: payment is confirmed, your dashboard updates, and you get notified — all without lifting a finger. Razorpay deducts approximately 2% of each transaction before paying you, so there's no separate bill from them. Both options are available on both plans.
Yes — Razorpay requires its own merchant subscription, which you sign up for directly with Razorpay. LocalMart's team will guide you through the process and can provide a referral when you're ready. If you're not sure yet, start with UPI Direct and switch to Razorpay whenever you feel the need for full automation.
Start with UPI Direct — it's free, instant, and works well if you're getting a handful of orders a week. As your order volume grows, or if you sell at exhibitions where buyers expect a seamless checkout, Razorpay is worth the ~2% fee for the automation it provides. You can switch anytime.
With Basic Store, you build and manage your store yourself. With Managed Store, LocalMart's team does everything — writing your business profile, designing your logo, writing product descriptions, assigning SEO tags, and handling monthly updates. You just share your products via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Managed Store is designed for you. No app, no form, no typing needed. Just call or send a WhatsApp and we build your entire store. Many of our sellers are senior citizens setting up an online store for the first time.
We design a clean, styled logo suitable for your WhatsApp profile picture, your LocalMart storefront, and your visiting card. It's a professional, simple identity — one round of feedback is included.
Each month you get 5 requests. One request can cover multiple changes — "add 3 new products" or "update prices on 4 items" counts as one request. Send us a WhatsApp, email, or call and we complete it within 48 hours. Need more? Extra requests are ₹99 each.
