Policies
General Policy
COUNSELLOR REWA collect and record person information as a necessary part of the counselling process and is kept confidential. At times, this collected information might be breached on some grounds if the cousnellor understands any harm whatsoever as an expection. An advance payment is taken from the client before session commencent.
Cancellation Policy
If more than one session is not attended or cancelled by the client, full session fees shall be charged.
Rescheduling Policy
If more than one session is rescheduled, full fees are charged.
